MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER TO PURCHASE MY SERVICES

Section 1. Prices and Payment

1. Displayed base prices are subject to change according to the complexity, difficulty, size and medium of each individual piece.

2. Clear and concise visual references and/or description of a commission idea must be provided by The Client. After which a preliminary quote will be provided by The Artist.

3. Payments must be made in full within 7 days of invoice before any work is done. Payment plans are available for those greater than $150. Once full payment has cleared, The Client's commission will be added to the Artist's work queue.

4. Payments are accepted in USD only, through Paypal via an invoice (you will need to provide a working email address for the invoice). Alternative payment options may be available if requested.

5. Refund policy is as follows; if the client wishes to cancel their commission before work begins, you receive a full refund. In the event of Client cancellation during the sketch/thumbnail stage phase, a 50% refund of original payment will be issued. No refund will be issued if the Client cancels during the leather burning phase, or after the commission is complete. If the Artist cancels the commission, 100% of the original commission payment in US dollars will be refunded to the Client.

Section 2. Alterations, Cancellations, and Updates

1. The Client will have the opportunity to direct alterations of the work during the sketch/thumbnail stage, prior to the leather burning stage. Requested revisions that diverge from The Client's original commission description/references may increase the length of time a commission takes and will be billed separately. Once complete, revisions may not be possible due to the medium and nature of the craft.

2. The Artist reserves the right to cancel a commission and issue a refund due to poor communication, rude or inappropriate behavior, or inability to communicate in a clear manner, or unforeseen inability to complete the commission. The Artist reserves the right to refuse a commission.

3. The Artist ensures The Client will receive updates on commission when necessary. Clients are encouraged to check in when they feel it's necessary for updates, assurance, reminders, or questions.

4. Return policy is as follows; if the client wishes to return an item you have up to 30 days from receiving your order to do so. Commissioned pieces may be accepted for returns on a case by case basis. The client is responsible for the return shipping cost. The client will receive a full refund after The Artist receives the returned item.

Section 3. Responsibility

1. The Artist is not responsible for lost or damaged items sent by mail. If you are experiencing issues with shipping, please contact the mailing service. Shipping is done through USPS and includes a tracking number when available.

2. The Artist will not handle depiction of illegal activities or sexually explicit (X-rated) materials involving minors, hate speech (based on religion, race, sexuality, gender), or trademarked characters without permission from trademark holder.

3. The Artist reserves the right to refuse to take a commission based on content The Artist may not be comfortable handling.

4. Any information obtained by The Artist necessary (ex. Name, email, mailing address, etc.) for the providing of services purchased will ONLY be used during the time of service and will not be sold to third party companies.

Section 4. Copyright & Licensing

1. All commissioned work retains non-commercial license. Commercial licenses are negotiable.

2. The Artist retains ALL the rights to the commissioned artwork, including the right to make prints and merchandise, and to alter the commissioned work to make it more generic for print at the Artist’s discretion. The Artist retains the right to display all commissioned work on any personal website, gallery, or journal. If the commissioned work is a time-sensitive gift the Artist may delay public showcase at the request of the Client.

3. The Client may gift or resell the commissioned product, as long as the item is not sold for more than its commission price and proper credit is given to The Artist.

4. The Artist may recycle sketches and preparatory works that were rejected by The Client for other commissions or personal works.

5. Nothing made by The Artist may be used in any blockchain related technology, including NFTs (non-fungible tokens), cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.

I, The Artist, retain the right to amend and update this document to better serve myself and, you, The Client.
